How to Heal a Leg Ulcer

How to Heal a Leg Ulcer

Leg ulcers can be difficult to heal unless you try this approach used by the medical profession s well as Alternative practitioners.

Things You'll Need:

Powdered activated charcoal

Cornstarch

Colloidal Silver or Water

Cotton cloth or paper towel

Plastic wrap

1

Wash effected area with an antibacterial soap very gently.

2

Mix 1 Tablespoon of Powdered Activated Charcoal with 1 teaspoon of corn starch powder and enough Colloidal Silver or clean water to make a smooth, spreading paste.

3

Place paste on a clean cotton cloth or paper towel and fold over into a neat packet that will fit nicely over the leg ulcer. Tape down with a couple of pieces of an easy to remove tape.

4

Wrap entire area with a piece of plastic wrap and tape closed.

Tips & Warnings

You do not have to completely tape the plastic down to the skin. Wrap loosely yet firmly enough to stay in place for at least six hours.

After the time is up, gently rinse with clear, warm water and pat dry.

Add a thin coating of an antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin.

After hole has closed over, no bandage is necessary. Socks will suffice.

Repeat this every day till healing has occurred.

Some people recommend using a heating pad to this treatment, but I find it totally unnecessary and possibly dangerous.
